NPP’s Gabby Otchere Asare-Darko in the wake of Menzgold-SEC-BoG issues a few months ago on his Facebook page disclosed that NAM1 was arrested by the Security authorities regarding fraud allegations levelled against him.
Gabby Otchere Asare-Darko in his Facebook post revealed that NAM1 breached his bail condition and absconded.
His Facebook post made the majority of Ghanaians especially Menzgold customers believe that NAM1 was a fraud who had played on the minds to milk thousands of Dollars out of them.
Fast forward to 2019, NAM1 in his press conference to address Menzgold issues and the way forward on how to pay customers revealed that he never breached any bail condition.
According to NAM1, those in charge at EOCO were aware of his whereabouts because he informed them before leaving Ghana.
