RuffTown Records CEO, Bullet, has made an utterance which I’m sure many Ghanaians would find surprising.
According to Bullet, Wendy Shay, his current singer, has made him more money than Ebony Reigns ever did.
The late Ebony was the biggest star in Ghana prior to her death and released hit songs like Shatta Wale in his prime, but according to Bullet, Shay has made him more money in the short period that she’s been in the limelight.
Bullet passed the comments during an appearance on Neat FM earlier today.
He described Shay as his ‘cash cow’ – the one who brings in all the money into his record label.

Bullet is a natural hypeman and Shay is the one here whilst Ebony is gone, so that’s probably what’s motivating these comments. It’s hard to believe Shay could have made more money than the biggest star in Ghana for two years on the trot before her untimely death.
