Ever since news broke out about John Dumelo being ‘grabbed’ with a state V8 which he had taken to a spray shop to repaint, no one has trolled him more about it than former UK High Commissioner to Ghana, Jon Benjamin.
Benjamin is always on twitter causing havoc, and every once in a while he turns his sarcasm on Dumelo and trolls him about the V8 saga.

Dumelo has taken it all in his stride so far, but now that he’s a political figure he’s not too keen about such issues being out there about him.
So after Benjamin mentioned the V8 saga again in his congratulatory message to John for winning the Ayawaso West Wuogon primary, Dumelo felt ‘enough is enough’.
In a recent interview with Abusua Fm, he revealed he has called on Jon to stop those ‘expensive’ jokes.
“Jon Benjamin is my friend and his tweets about me are jokes. Though I’m not bothered but I have told him to cut such jokes because they are too expensive” Dumelo said.
He added “He is my friend. Anytime I go to London, we meet and have a lot of discussion about Ghana and the world at large.”

Somehow I think he’s going to be a little disappointed. What will Benjamin tweet about if Dumelo is taken out of the equation? He can only troll Manchester United, Nana Aba Anamoah and Kwesi Nyantakyi for so long before he gets bored LOL
