Nigerian singer Davido has once again paid tribute to his late mum, Veronica Imade Adeleke.

Dr Adeleke died way back in 2003 at the tender age of 39, and her death has impacted the singer who can never forget the devastating loss.

This morning, an emotional Davido is once again commemorating her memory.

In a post on Instagram, he reveals he believes she’s always protecting him from her vantage point in heaven.

“LOVE U MOMMY!! !!! I KNOW ITS YOU THAT IS PROTECTING ME!!!!! I KNOW!!!! I LOVE U!! UR SON GALLANT DIE!!!!!!!! RIP!!!” he wrote.
