The final legal hurdle facing Menzgold Ghana CEO Nana Appiah Mensah in Dubai seems cleared now after an appeal of his court win against Horizon Royal Diamond was thrown out by the country’s Supreme Court.

Nana Appiah Mensah revealed the joyous news today in a tweet on his social media handles.

The embattled Menzgold Ghana CEO won a verdict against Horizon Royal Diamond in court several months ago which led to his release and his eventual return to Ghana.

The company appealed the ruling through all steps of the country’s legal system but lost at every turn.

Their latest attempt, seeking a Supreme Court review of the original decision, has also been tossed out.

NAM 1 broke the news with post on Twitter.

He informed his followers: “Horizon Royal Diamond DMCC’s Supreme Court review of the Menzgold acquittal and discharge, by the Dubai first instance and Appeals Court has been thrown out today by the Dubai Supreme Court. WE BLESS GOD. #RoadClearNow#Good2Great #Water2Wine#GhanaShallProsper”

NAM 1, after his return to Ghana, held a press conference in which he promised to work with authorities to settle all Menzgold customers.

By declaring the ‘road is now clear’, one can only hope it translates into some tangible results for customers soon.
