Often times, people equate age with wisdom— it is almost synonymous in the eyes of many. Once you are old, automatically you have some excess wisdom up there.
The do you know how old I am a syndrome line that people are quick to blabber when they behave a certain way and people wonder why or how they tend to behave that way.
Reno Omokri says age has nothing to do with wisdom. According to him, it is only God who can give wisdom.
“Only fools equate wisdom with age. Not all your seniors are wiser than you and you‘re not wiser than all your juniors. Wisdom is an app that you can only download from God. That’s why there are old fools and young wits.”
