A Nigerian lady has died in a tragic accident just five days before her wedding!
Farida Saminu reportedly drowned in floodwater in Kaduna State Sunday night.
She was in a tricycle with four other passengers when the incident occurred.
According to reports, a wave of floodwater hit the tricycle just as they were climbing a bridge and swept it to the edge. Farida fell from the tricycle into the river where she’s believed to have been drowned. Her body has yet to be found.
Mysteriously, Farida, the one with her wedding coming up in a few days, was the only one out of five passengers who died – the others all escaped safely.

Farida was expected to get married this Friday, November 1st, and was returning from a visit with her makeup artist when the accident occurred.
