Akua, winner of TV3’s Ghana’s Most Beautiful season 6, and her husband Dr. Kwaku Oteng are all loved-up in new photos that have hit the net.
Akua, 31, married the CEO of Angel Group of Companies nine years ago and became his fourth wife.

Their marriage came under huge criticisms because of their wide age difference, with the former beauty queen facing accusations that she married her hubby because of money.
Just last year, Akua whose real name is Sally Akua Amoakowaa Mensah, sparked divorce rumours after she took to Instagram to reveal that her marriage was over. However the post was deleted 5 minutes after she had posted it and later claimed her account was hacked.

The couple have three children together, with their last child, a baby girl, born just six months ago.
