Nigerian millionaire and socialite, Hushpuppi and other alleged fraud boys flaunting money and luxury on Instagram are in hot waters as the EFCC is seeking petition to go after them.
This comes after one of their own, Mompha was arrested by the EFCC over Internet fraud and money laundering.
According to the EFCC, all they need is a petition to go after socialites such as Hushpuppi, Baddyosha and all those whose names were mentioned in musician 9ice’s song titled “Living Things”.
This was made known in a reply to a concerned Nigerian who asked the EFCC to listen to 9ice’s songs carefully and act accordingly.
The Nigerian with username @dotcom tweeted; “EFCC, sit down and listen to the song, Living Things, by 9ice and do your work with the fear of God. Nigeria will be better for it”.
The EFCC replied; “Do you mean that could be a petition? Not enough anyway.
However, #TheEagle still requests a written statement to support any allegation that has been made”.
In 9ice’s 2016 song titled “Living Things” which was banned by the National Broadcasting Commission (NBC) for promoting fraudulent activities, he mentioned most of the names of alleged fraud boys including Mompha.
