If you had any hope in politicians to transform this country and transform your life, Nana Akufo-Addo and his government killed that hope.
After making all the promises in the world and deceiving Ghanaians with ‘big English’, Nana Addo and Bawumia have turned out to be just a different version of the previous government.

Different container – same sh*t.
Ghanaians are still suffering and the politicians are still insensitive.
Yvonne Nelson, speaking on the current conditions in Ghana, complained it’s really sad to be Ghanaian right now because the current government has shown there’s no hope for the future if NDC and NPP are going to be ruling us.
“It’s the same; from the last [NDC] government, nothing new. Leadership in this country…I don’t even know what to say because when I look around me, it saddens me to be Ghanaian,”
Yvonne added: “We have so much potential, we have everything…There is this neo-colonisation thing going on. We are pretending; we keep covering things and the youth is sleeping, they don’t know what is going on, they don’t read, they don’t ask questions.”

Yvonne said she might join politics herself one day to try and transform Ghana, but said it’s not guaranteed.
