A Ghanaian transgender known as Maxwell Opoku has popped up.
Maxwell Opoku now Angel Maxine is 35 years old man who is now a ‘woman’.
According to Maxwell, although she’s transformed into a woman just two years ago, she has always felt like a woman and thinks like a woman.

In an interview on Okay FM, she noted that outwardly he is a man and has his manhood intact, but she is a woman inwardly and that’s by birth.
After visiting Accra Mall on different occasions dressed like a woman, Maxwell Opoku now Angel Maxine has been bold enough to speak for the first time about how it all happened.
