Dancehall artist Stonebwoy’s infamous ’40 years comment’ has continue to attract responses from people in the music industry.
Today, rapper and singer, Nhyiraba Kojo has also shared his views about Stonebwoy’s comment.
Talking to Sammy Flex in an interview, he said the fact is that Sarkodie, Stonebwoy, Shatta Wale and other top musicians will not reign forever which is a basic fact no one can dispute.
“I heard Stonebwoy saying it will take forty years for the industry to have their kind…he is being pompous. Some time ago, I think that was what Nana Ampadu, Daddy Lumba, Kojo Antwi others thought when they were in their prime. But now they are not vibrant like before. I am telling you…whether they like it or not.”
“Though Kojo Antwi has been releasing songs recently, it is not like we use to know him, I am not saying Kojo Antwi is weak, in music you cannot reign forever. Music is like football, no matter what you would do, your vibrancy won’t be there as always so you have to prepare towards the future,” he said.
