Actress Jackie Appiah was all over the news on Thursday, December 5th, as she celebrated her birthday.
For most people a birthday is a date for big-time chilling.

The kind-hearted actress, however, decided to spend hers bringing joy to kids.
She visited the Senior Correctional Centre of the Ghana Prison Service where she donated some items to the institution and spent some quality time with the kids.
Speaking at the event, Jackie said she decided to visit the facility because she wanted to do something different for her birthday this year.
She also promised to set up a scholarship through her foundation which can help some needy children at the facility.
