Anthony Oluwafemi Olaseni Joshua, the unified world heavyweight champion, is set to visit his homeland of Nigeria to present his newly acquired titles to the leader of the land.

Joshua will be in Nigeria in the coming days to meet Buhari, a presidential aide revealed Wednesday.

“The Minister of Sports announced that Anthony Joshua will be presenting his belts to the President in a matter of days,” Laolu Akande, the Senior Special Assistant (SSA) to the President on Media and Publicity, Office of the Vice President, told the State House press corps.

Joshua beat Andy Ruiz Jr. on December 7th to regain the WBA, IBF, WBO, and IBO heavyweight titles he lost to Ruiz earlier in the year.
