Ghanaian dancehall artist Samini has disclosed his religious stance in a recent interview.
Speaking on Joy FM, he said he personally don’t go to church but that doesn’t mean he don’t know his maker.

Explaining further, he stated that he don’t need another person to connect him to his maker, something he can do on his own.
He also added that he don’t go to church on Sundays with his kids because they personally can connect to their maker.

” I don’t think I need a fellow man who falls asleep to help connect me with my maker . I don’t go to church on Sunday with my children, however, if my mother wants to go to church with them I’m not bothered. I would rather accept worshiping God in my own vision than a painting on a wall depicting God, ” he said.
Samini is currently promoting his annual event SaminiFest happening in Dansoman this Saturday .
