One man who was not known until the recent District Level Elections (DLE) campaign took off with the name, Nana Adabor Ibrahim Isaah Ampim, popularly known as Honorable Aponkye and an Aspiring Assembly Member for Adukrom Nima Electoral Area in the Ashanti Region has lost to his opponents.
Our checks have revealed that he has lost abysmally after all the interviews granted him by Nana Aba Anamoah of GHOne on-air and Akwasi Boadi, a Comic Kumawood actor who is fond of presenting “The Real News” on United Television to make his developmental agenda known to the electorates in his district.

We have been monitoring him for a while now and acknowledged that, just after the elections came to an end, over 8400 twitter users were found tweeting and retweeting to verify if indeed the people of Adukrom Nima voted him to power.
Unfortunately, that was not the story. The electorates have rather shown him pepper and found the confidence in other candidates after they enjoyed the porridge and ‘koose’ which was a campaign promise he honored on the day of elections.

Information we have gathered from close sources indicates that Honorable Aponkye occupied the 4th position and thus, he lost.
This has generated mixed reactions on social media with a portion of Ghanaians making a mockery out of the results as his loved ones and followers are sympathizing with him.
