A deaf p*rn aficionado has sued the world’s largest p*rn website P*rnhub for denying him and his fellow hearing impaired brothers pleasure.
Yaroslav Suris claims P*rnhub is discriminating against the deaf by not providing subtitles (or closed captions) on their videos to allow them to know exactly what’s going on.
According to him, without the closed captions, the deaf cannot enjoy the videos since they cannot hear the audio.
Suris has therefore filed a class-action lawsuit against the company alleging that lack of closed captioning violates their rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Suris lists some videos he watched on the site without understanding including – “Hot Step Aunt Babysits Disobedient Nephew,” “S*xy Cop Gets Witness to Talk” and “Daddy 4K — Allison comes to Talk About Money to Her Boys’ Naughty Father.”
He seeking the court to order P*rnhub to add closed captions to their videos as well as damages determined by the court.
P*rnhub responded to his lawsuit, telling TMZ in a statement: “We understand that Yaroslav Suris is suing Pornhub for claiming we’ve denied the deaf and hearing-impaired access to our videos. While we do not generally comment on active lawsuits, we’d like to take this opportunity to point out that we do have a closed captions category.”
