According to Mary, people have the penchant of bringing the worst in people after which they would turn around and brand you names when you lash out. In a post, she talks about how Nigerians are way too quick to confuse integrity and humility to mean weakness and foolishness.

According to her, Nigerians to do respect humble people but what she has failed to realize is the fact that this is a general canker, people do not respect humble people at all.
