Elvis Tefe, famous Ghanaian midget who got admission to Addisco after he failed to secure a slot in the National placement has been spotted ‘proposing’ to a student of Mfanstiman Girls.

In a video sighted by GhanaCelebrities.Com, the 16-year-old Senior High School Student is seen wooing the young girl.
