Olakunle Churchill the ex-husband of Nigerian actress Tonto Dikeh has sued her at the Nigerian high court of defamation of character.

According to him, his ex-wife has made a lot of allegations against him without any prove and that has gone against him.

Adding that the ex-wife is trying to tarnish his image especially now that he has made his political ambition known.

He added that the series of malicious and fallacious allegations, assertions and accusations by Tonto Dikeh and her charity organization was baseless.

He also demanded a sum of 10million naira as compensation from his ex- wife.

Tonto Dikeh has been issued a 14days notification  from the high court with Suit No CU/5801/19.
