Nigerian Pastor E.A Adeboye recently stirred up a controversy on social media after warning guys that they should not marry any lady who does not know how to cook.
Adeboye’s uncensored comments – “My sons, don’t marry a lady who cannot cook, she needs to know how to do chores and cook because you cannot afford to be eating out all the time” – offended so many people online, especially women.
But apparently some men are loving it, including other pastors who are throwing their weight behind Adeboye.
Apostle Suleman, who is the Founder and Leader of Omega Fire Ministries, said Adeboye has been married for 50 years so he obviously knows what he’s talking about.
“Baba Adeboye never said men shouldn’t know how to cook. He said marry a lady who knows to..what’s wrong with that? He has been happily married for over 50yrs.those talking are less than 50..who do we listen to? by the way, we are responsible for what we say, not how you understand it..” Suleman jumped to his fellow pastor’s aid on Twitter.
