Nigerian afro-pop star, Yami Alade is being trolled after she has revealed that her mum once sold her economy plane ticket to cater for her school fees.

Taken to social media this Monday morning, Yemi Alade has noted that being in London brings to mind fond memories, including when her mum, Helen Uzoma sold her economy plane ticket to pay her school fees in primary 6.

According to her, those days are past and gone — now they both fly first class.

She wrot, ‘London is more than just a City to my family, it Marks a time in our lives(20yrs ago) when mum had to sell her Economy class ticket to pay my Primary 6 school fees.
