It seems singer Davido still has more work to do internationally — some Americans claim they do not know who Davido is.
This comes after Davido has been given a VIP recognition at the recent NBA basketball game penultimate week.
The singer was a spectator during a game between Washington Wizards and Cleveland Cavaliers at the Capital One Arena, Washington DC.
During the game, Davido’s song ‘Fall’ was played whilst he was given a mention being one of African’s best musicians.
The video has subsequently been shared on the official page of Washington Wizards on Twitter.
Interestingly, some Americans are lost on who Davido is — they are on the microblogging site enquiring about Davido who has over 15K followers.
Meanwhile, Davido is expected to tour American in March — we hope this earns the musician all the recognition.
