A Nigerian man is living in fear after the country has recorded its first Coronavirus case.

According to a Uber driver who identified as Bold Yemi on Twitter, he picked an Italian visitor at Lagos airport 2 days ago.

He noted they chatted, made jokes and even went ahead to dine together.

The driver has taken to the microblogging site to drop his details intending to seek help after the country reported its first case of Coronavirus disease.

‘I had contact with Italian citizen the day before yesterday. Am an uber driver i picked him at airport. We talk,gist and laugh together. We even dine together… My name is olugbenga bodunrin. 08136464040,’ he wrote.

This comes after the Nigerian Federal Ministry of Health confirmed (COVID-19) Coronavirus diseases has been recorded.
