Nigeria has declared that it has been hit with 5 new cases of coronavirus. These add up to the 3 existing cases of coronavirus in Nigeria, bringing the total number to 8.
The Minister of Health, Osagie Ehanire, said during a press conference in Abuja that the new five cases had a travel history to and from the United Kingdom, UK and the United States of America, USA.
“We urge Nigerians to remain calm as public health response activities are intensified across the country,” he said.
