After being slammed by his fans and followers on twitter for posting photos and not showing any concern about the coronavirus pandemic, Ghanaian rapper Sarkodie has shown signs of remorse.

In a recent tweet, the rapper advised his fans and followers to stay home and distance themselves to stay safe because their lives are very important to their family members.

He went ahead to say some people especially Ghanaians are taking the news of the virus for granted but he knows very well that there are a number of people with the virus who are yet to show signs and be confirmed.

Adding that socialization is one thing Africans love a lot but in this time of crisis it’s only best if we distance ourselves until all these are over hence his fans should heed to the president’s advise and stay away from all social gatherings.
