Mr Eazi Schools Sonnie Badu – Says The Presence Of God Is Not Limited To Church Buildings (Screenshots)

Following the outbreak of the deadly coronavirus in Ghana, the president Nana Addo took a bold step to suspend all social gatherings for some time.

In effect to that all churches and mosques were closed to prevent the spread of the disease but some men of God were not in support of the president’s action.

One of them is UK based Ghanaian gospel musician turned pastor Sonnie Badu who complained bitterly about the closure of churches. According to him, even if the members are not allowed to go to church the pastors should be allowed to go to the altar and pray.

He said while the members are home, it’s the best time for pastors to run to the altar of God alone and plead for mercy from God and He will answer all prayers.

But Nigerian musician Mr Eazi had a different opinion about the closure of all churches and mosques. He therefore drew Sonnie Badu’s attention to the fact that the presence of God is not limited to the church buildings.

According to him, this is a situation one has to protect him/herself physically and spiritually therefore it’s only best if we adhere to instructions and stay home to pray and God will answer such prayers too.
