Family Feud for Africa hosted by American comedian and TV host Steve Harvey is set to come to Ghana, starting from this weekend.
The show will be aired on TV3 Ghana and will feature two families competing to guess the most popular answers to questions already surveyed from the general public.
During Ghana’s much-hyped ‘Year of Return’, before the coronavirus came and changed everything – Steve Harvey visited Ghana and announced that he would be producing an African version of the iconic game show.
The show was filmed in South Africa with Harvey as host and features families from Ghana and South Africa.
It will begin airing at 9pm this Saturday, April 4th, on TV3 Ghana.
“Bringing Family Feud to Africa has long been a dream of mine,” Steve Harvey said.
“I believe Family Feud will become a household name for local African families. And this is just the beginning in Africa. I expect this show to lead to multiple media and business projects in and throughout the continent”, he added.
Family Feud has been on TV in the U.S since 1976 and has become an international phenomenon.
Steve Harvey has been the host since 2010.
