Today, rapper Medikal turned 26 and his wife Fella Makafui has caused stir on social media with her surprise birthday party and cake.
Fella Makafui always surprises her husband but this time round did something extra as she surprised him with a cake that depicts who he is.

A video spotted on Fella’s InstaStory shows the buffet she actually set for her husband with all kinds of foods and the cake was out of the ordinary.
This time she was very creative with the birthday cake which represents who Medikal is hence anyone who chance upon the cake will definitely know that Medikal is a musician.
His reactions in one of the videos shows how surprised and grateful he is towards his wife and friends who were present acting like a baby.
