Some Nigerian social media users have descended heavily on the government for planning to feed them with a rice they claimed to be poisonous.
After the Nigerian president Buhari locked down some parts of the country in order to curb the spread of the deadly coronavirus, the government decided to help the poor with some relieve items.

Going forward, president Buhari ordered the customs to release some seized rice to the citizens so they can survive on it during this quarantine seasons.
In reacting to that, some social media users slammed the government for trying to feed them with poisonous rice. According to them the government declared the rice poisonous when they seized it so why are they trying to feed them with that same rice.
Others were also of the view that the Nigerian government wants to kill the citizens first before COVID-19 kills them since they want to feed them with a rice they claimed to be poisonous.
