News coming in from Downing Streets Daily has revealed that the UK’s Prime Minister Boris Johnson is now doing well and even sitting up.
Boris tested positive for Covid-19 about two weeks ago and he has suffered the extreme side of it.
Days ago, Boris himself took to Twitter to update us on his recovery. In a tweet, he said that he was doing very well but remained in self-isolation.
The next thing we heard, his case had worsened and he was being sent to the intensive care unit.
Well, the latest update is that Boris is doing very well and has even begun sitting up. UK Chancellor Rishi Sunak said the prime minister addressing the media said;
“The latest from the hospital is the prime minister remains in intensive care where his condition is improving. I can also tell you that he has been sitting up in bed and engaging positively with the clinical team.
“The prime minister is not only my colleague and my boss but also my friend, and my thoughts are with him and his family. His situation reminds us of how indiscriminate this disease is”.
