Since this lockdown started Davido has been crying out about how broke he is.
He said he never had any 30bn as he once claimed and recently said he has been spending money he’s supposed to be saving due to the lockdown.
All these comments, which seemed designed so he doesn’t have to hold any giveaway for fans, have been thrown into the dustbin after Davido revealed he has purchased a new house for his workers.
The singer took to social media to announce he’s purchased a house for his workers in Lagos State’s plush Lekki Phase 1 neighbourhood.
“Bought a house for my staff today — great feeling!” Davido wrote.
