Asante Berko, the former employee of Goldman Sachs, who was charged by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission for allegedly paying bribes to some Ghanaian Parliamentarians and Government Officials have denied making any such payments.

Asante Berko, who is currently the Managing Director of Tema Oil Refinery has issued a statement refuting the allegations levelled against him by the U.S Regulator stating categorically that he has not paid any such amount as bribes.
