Nollywood actress Rita Edochie is celebrating her birthday today, April 16th 2020.

The way the world is now, it’s not particularly the best time to be celebrating a birthday.

You can’t go out to have fun and you definitely cannot hold a birthday party without risking jail.

Rita Edochie is doing neither, but she’s using her big day to pray to God to save the world.

Taking to social media, she said there is nothing to celebrate on this day but she’ll instead spend her time on her knees begging God.

“I will be on my knees praying to God Almighty for forgiveness. I beg of him to heal our land. There is so much agony in every home. Forgive us Lord in every way we have sinned against you please oh Lord,” she said.
