Once upon a time, Wendy Shay was asked to name the properties she has acquired for herself since entering music to show how successful her career has been.
Shay listed among her properties, iPhones, iPads and cameras. Think about it, a ‘top tier’ musician who is always reminding us that she’s the best female artist in Ghana named as her properties things that many ordinary people with no connection to music actually own with ease.

That same Shay who 8 months ago was so impressed by owning an iPhone is now claiming that it’s disrespectful for Google to peg her net worth at $5m.
Shay took to social media recently to complain over the internet pegging her net worth at $5m.
“I just found this on google …1 million- 5 million dollars net worth..that’s very very disrespectful I mean how ..I’m worth more than that ..the person who put it on the net shd delete it,” Shay said.
Perhaps Shay is intentionally obtuse or just stark raving mad because no reasonable person would buy her claim of being worth over $5m when 8 months ago she thought an iPhone was such a huge achievement.
What happened in 8 months to make her so much richer?
Every other word out of Wendy Shay’s mouth is hard to comprehend for any normal person because her entitlement is just on another level.
In her mind, she’s a combination of Beyonce, Ebony and Jesus Christ all rolled into one.
Too bad her talent can’t back up that ego.
