The beef every single person in Ghana would love to see might just be on the horizon!
Controversial and hilarious Ghanaian boxer Bukom Banku has taken a shot at self-proclaimed dancehall king Shatta Wale.
Banku says he is the most popular entertainer in Ghana between himself and Wale and that Wale is his small boy.
Bukom Banku appeared in an interview on Hitz Fm and was very unhappy that anyone can consider Shatta Wale as more popular than him. His anger stemmed from the host saying that he is the ‘Shatta’ of Bukom.
Banku angrily responded: “I am Banku, Shatta is somebody’s name. Call me second President in the Nation. They know me pass everybody, 20 years popular, 1999 17th August up till now people call my name,”
According to the boxer, he has been popular for decades whilst Wale has been popular for only a few years.
“Shatta Wale be small, six years popular. 1999 17th August and I make name and till now I am still reigning,” Banku bragged in an interview on Hitz Fm.
When asked if he’s not worried that Wale would come after him, Banku proudly bragged some more.
“Shatta? KG people they are students, Shatta Wale I go bomboclat him in the Nation. Me and Shatta who be supper?” Banku said.
Since Wale does not let any insult go unanswered, we’re just waiting for a response from him. This would be a beef that would make Ghana showbiz tremble Lol.
