GhOne Tv on Wednesday night held the launch for their slate of new programs set to bring more information and entertainment into the houses of Ghanaians.
Several programs were launched at the event, spearheaded by EIB CEO Bola Ray and acting GM of GhOne TV, Nana Aba Anamoah.
Headlining the new additions is ‘Bukom Banku Live’, a news show to be hosted by the popular boxer focusing on ‘swag areas’ as Banku called it – or slum areas.
Braimah Kamoko, as Banku is known in real life, was outdoored for the first time to Ghanaians as a presenter as a trailer for his show hit the air.
GhOne launched a bunch of other new shows. EIB Election Hub is a show to give around the clock updates about the upcoming elections.
Life’s Tales would help give advice to ordinary people who have challenges in life which seem insurmountable and would be hosted by Cookie Tee.
TLS (The Lifestyle show) would be a show talking about inspirational real life issues to lift up viewers in their lives and would be hosted by Angela Bamford.
The Next TV Star is a reality show to find the next big thing in broadcasting in Ghana.
And of course, Banku rounds up the lineup with his show ‘Bukom Banku Live’.
GhOne managed to jump to the top of Twitter trends during the launch indicating the high level of interest from Ghanaians in the new additions.
The new shows would hit the air by June.
