A year after disgracing herself with her very childish answer when asked what she has achieved since entering the Ghanaian music industry, Wendy Shay gave a more matured answer when asked the same question once again.
Wendy Shay appeared on Joy Fm’s Drive Time program today as part of the promotion for her new ‘wack’ song ‘Emergency’, which was released to celebrate her 2 years anniversary in the industry.
Last year when Shay was asked what she has achieved, she listed buying an iPhone and a camera as her ‘huge achievements’.
That led to her being trolled for days for being so immature.
This time, Shay appeared to have some well prepared and ‘grown-up’ achievements to list when asked what she thinks she has accomplished in two years.
According to her, she’s very proud she’s been able to have gained a platform which she can use to help others such as the less privileged in society and other upcoming artistes to also get a chance in the industry.
Shay also praised herself for building her self-confidence “to this level where I could say I don’t care what you think about me,”
Wendy Shay this time did not go for material possessions but listed personal improvements in her life and career as her achievements.
