In an ongoing interview with George Quaye on Joy 99.7 Fm, Dancehall artiste Shatta Wale has confirmed that the car he gave Joint 77 as a gift, has indeed been taken from him.

According to Shatta, the car was taken from his militant by his brother Willie Wale, who was infuriated by the militant’s attitude on-air, when he sought to imply that the dancehall king was lying.

Shatta also contradicted Andy Dosty who had earlier claimed that nobody came to the premises in the name of Shatta Wale to seize the car.

This also implies that the videos which were first published by Adom Fm, in which there was a heavy police presence on the premises of Multimedia, was actually related to the taking back of the car as first speculated, though it was initially shot down by Andy Dosty.

When asked about the whereabouts of the car, Shatta Wale claimed that the car is now in Kokompe to be destroyed and sold as scraps, since he had absolutely no need for that car.
