Kwame A Plus has slammed President Akufo-Addo over the new Executive Instrument stipulating that not wearing a face mask in public is an offence punishable by 10 years in jail.
According to the political crusader, it’s absurd that politicians who steal large sums of money from the country are not jailed that long but ordinary people who may commit a slight misdemeanour face 10 years in jail instead.

A Plus was reacting after the passage of a new Excecutive Instrument (E.I) setting down harsh penalties for not wearing a face mask in public.
He wrote: “Just last month, former appointees who were involved in the stealing of 4.000.000.00 Ghana cedis were sentenced to 6 and 5 years in prison but you want to jail people for 10 years for not wearing a nose mask. Jail those criminals who disgraced the whole country in the Australia visa scandal rather for 10 years. That is what is important,”

According to the new law A Plus is roasting, Ghanaians who flout the directive to wear a facemask to public places face between a 4 to 10- year jail term.
