Actress Juliet Ibrahim has touched on her daunting experiences with r*pe. According to Juliet, she has had lots of encounters with r*pists.
In an interview with BBCNewsPidgin, the mother of one recounts how one cousin of hers tried having his way with her at a very tender age of 8.
Juliet says an older cousin one time had her at his back and that was when he tried using his fingers on her private parts.
In another instance, she discloses an aunt who was taking care of her because her parents had traveled sort of pimped her to a family friend who also tried having his way with her.

She says she had to struggle a lot to break free from him. Sadly, she could not even tell her parents when they returned.
She believes all these happened because people thought she was grown because of her chubbiness which in all cases still does not justify any act of rape.
