Child Rights International, an NGO dedicated to upholding the fundamental human rights of children worldwide, wrote a petition to the police CID in Accra today which led to Rosemond Brown aka Akuapem Poloo being summoned by the police.

In the petition, the organization argued that a photo uploaded earlier today by Poloo, in which she posed n*ked with the son, violated the son’s rights to privacy and dignity.

The organization petitioned the CID to investigate the photo and apply the needed sanctions to the actress.

Akuapem Poloo has since been reportedly invited to face the police.
