President John Dramani Mahama earlier today announced that former education minister, Jane Naana Opoku Agyemang, would be his running mate for the 2020 elections.
However, the motivation behind Mahama’s choice is being disputed after a 2018 video emerged of Prophet Nigel Gaisie prophesying that Ghana would have a female Vice President from 2020-2024.

A video from Nigel Gaisie prophesying that the next Vice President would be female is being pointed to by social media users as the reason Mahama chose Jane.
Mahama and Nigel are known to be close and some are arguing that’s why he made the choice.
