Lydia Forson has praised former President John Dramani Mahama for nominating a female to be his running mate for the 2020 elections.
Reacting to Mahama’s announcement today that former education minister Prof. Jane Naana Opoku Agyemang would be his running mate for the 2020 elections, Lydia Forson said Mahama has ‘changed the game’.
“Prof Naana Opoku Agyeman I think @JDMahama just changed the game. And I’m glad she’s a woman who’s qualified on PAPER and not just there for the numbers. Election 2020 is about to be interesting,” Forson tweeted after the news came out.
Mahama’s announcement earlier today has created immense buzz around his candidacy for once as we approach the 2020 elections.
However, the choice has also brought the prophets out with claims of how they saw this coming – a Nigel Gaisie prophecy from 2018 shows him prophesying a female veep emerging from the 2020 elections.
Owusu Bempah has also warned that whoever the NDC running mate is this year might die next year. The expectations on Jane’s neck at the moment seems to be out of this world.
