Actor and aspiring member of Parliament for Ayawaso West Wuogon, John Dumelo, has alleged the NPP is trying to kick him out of the upcoming election using violence.

Dumelo claims NDC observers that he has deployed to polling stations within the constituency to monitor the elections are being assaulted by NPP thugs.

Dumelo took to Twitter to complain about the violence.

“This is the second time these hooded men have assaulted my agents on Legon campus in the last one week. Are you not tired of using violence all the time?” Dumelo fired.

The actor is taking on incumbent MP Lydia Alhassan in the upcoming December elections.

The NPP are yet to respond to his allegations.
