Nigerian human right activist and self-acclaimed pastor, Reno Omokri has said that it is not a sin to drink alcohol.
According to him, drinking becomes a sin when one gets boosed.
Explaining further, he noted that the Bible does not frown on drinking alcohol, citing verses including Matt 26:29, 1st Tim 5:23 and Deu 12:26 to prove that the Holy Bible actually encourages drinking wine.

The preacher clarified that though some people claim that the Bible does not support the drinking of alcohol, that is rather the case.
The Bible supports drinking and there were instances where people drank alcohol in the Bible.
As if that wasn’t enough, Reno Omokri asserted that the Bible even allows one to use his tithe to buy alcohol.
