Ghanaian actor Prince David Osei has expressed his disappointment in the opposition NDC for appointing former President John Dramani Mahama to lead them again in the 2020 polls.

In an interview with ZionFelix, the actor stated that he did not understand why the opposition party would fall on the former President to lead them once again when he has already served a term as president.

According to him, he would have rooted for a different face to lead the NDC rather than the former president who lost the 2016 election as a sitting president.

Prince David Osei asked if there were no capable and competent persons in the party apart from the former President. The popular actor stated that he would have preferred Mr Mahama to bless another person to take over the baton rather hold the fort himself.
