The Drunkards Association of Ghana has requested that the President order for the implementation of the ‘double track system’ at open air bars.

The system, which is used in the free SHS program, is a sort of shift system.

According to a representative of the drunkards who spoke to Joy News, gold and green cards should be given to members – gold card means you come to drink in the evening and green card means you come in the morning.

Using this system, drunkards would still be able to observe social distancing whilst drinking.

The drunkards also requested for free face masks from the government to allow them drink without fear of contracting the virus.
