Popular Nigerian singer, Simi has lashed out at the formal education system, describing it as useless and a waste of everyone’s time.

The mother of one indicated that most of the things people learn in school are things they don’t really care about, and which do not actually make any meaningful impact in their lives.
According to the ‘Duduke’ singer, most of us don’t even remember what we were taught in school because they hold no meaning to us.
In an Instagram post, the singer wrote, “educational system is so shit. most of us can’t even remember most of what we were taught in all the many years we spent in school. people have potential and talent not tapped into ‘because it’s not prestigious enough’ … then they spend years ‘learning’ sthg they don’t care about. Forget everything right after and end up doing something else with their lives. What’s the point then? Who did this to us?”
