Politician Akua Donkor and Wontumi radio owned by Ashanti Regional NPP Chairman, Bernard Antwi Boasiako aka Chairman Wontunmi have been dragged to court for tagging former President Mahama ‘Papa No’.
In a video that has gone viral, controversial Ghanaian politician Akua Donkor boldly stated in an interview on Wontumi radio that Mahama is the ‘Papa No’ at the centre of Tracey and Mzbe’s fight.
She noted that aside from what Tracey and Mzbel have disclosed, Mahama has allegedly bought another house in Tema for one of his girls who recently gave birth.
Apparently, Mary Awusi has sued Akua Donkor and Wontumi radio at the Accra High Court for defamation.
The plaintiff is demanding GH¢1million damages, a retraction and apology and restraining order to prevent them from making such utterances again.
According to the plaintiff, the defendants have no basis or proof to make those claims that bring the name of the former President and the NDC party under disrepute.
